The best part is you can do it yourself so you don't have to waste money on surgery or treatments. These exercises are designed to tone up all 57 muscles of the face and neck and increases blood circulation and releases tension... this sounds AH-MAZING! It is recommended to do these exercises 15 minutes a day to tighten that sagging skin!
