I actually never feel the "Neon"trend, because I like to buy things I can wear throughout the year, not just a month or two. But we gotta give it a chance because this def makes an outfit pop and make you obviously the center of attention, besides you're gonna be easier too find, not a bad thing if you want to be found. :)
